Exercising
The boys have really started to show how strong they are, and are enjoying the tummy time and bumbo seats! Grandma Purcell has come to visit for the week, and they are really showing off for her! I can't believe how fast they are growing, and they become more fun everyday!

Birthdays all around us!
We have been celebrating some very important birthdays these past couple of days! We started out on Sunday by celebrating Josh's 30th birthday with a party has his parent's pool. Josh and Beth had gotten the boys swim outfits before they were born, and this was the perfect chance to try them out. They were super cute and had sharks ALL over them! We had fun at the party except the boys wouldn't nap and made us go home early :( Happy birthday again, Josh, thanks for letting us celebrate with you and your family!

It was also Aunt Lyndsay's birthday this week! We went over to Grandma Peggy's on Tuesday to celebrate with her and the family. She had to wear this silly tiara and earrings from Grandma Schmidt.. too funny! We enjoyed having dinner (which was amazing - thanks Grandma Schmidt!), then celebrated with some yummy dessert! We are so grateful to have such wonderful in-laws, and Lyndsay has been so amazing with the boys. We have enjoyed having her around this summer, and will miss her when she starts school soon! Happy Birthday again, Aunt Lyndsay - we love you!!

Playdate with Charlie
We had Charlie and Campell over for our first playdate at our house! We got off a little with the feeding schedules, so the boys only got to play for a couple minutes before the next feeding. Charlie and Landon were fine with the idea of some photos on the lovesac, but Jordan was hungry (and not happy that mommy woke him up!) 2 out of 3 isn't bad though. Charlie and Landon laid together for about 5 minutes, it was too cute! Thanks for coming over, we hope to have you again soon (and we'd love to add some more of the babies that we are waiting to be born!!)

Daddy and Us
Daddy has been enjoying the boys more and more as they are interacting more. You can see how great of a daddy he is from the pictures below!! The boys light up when they seem him, and I love to watch them together! I'm so lucky to have these 3 guys in my life!

Sweet Jordan
Eric was playing with Jordan the other night, and decided to take some pictures. Jordan was just chillin' and was pretty patient with daddy. We are still learning how to use our camera, but I think Eric did a pretty good job! We still need to do the same thing for Landon, and I will share those when we take them!

Weekend with the boys :)
We had a great weekend, just the boys and me. Eric left Thursday morning and returns Sunday afternoon, and that left the boys and me some quality time together :) They were both little angels and went down better for naps and even slept through almost all of them (this is something we've been working on!). Because they were so good, I was able to accomplish some things around the house, which was so nice!
We have wanted to have a ceiling fan in our bedroom for a couple weeks now, and even had bought one at Costco, installed it, and found out that it didn't work :( Well, we returned it and got another one at Lowes about a week ago, and it's just been sitting in the corner. I got determined on Friday and decided I was going to install it myself! After all the frustration with the other fan, I didn't have too much confidence. I followed the instructions and googled lots about electrical wiring, and on my first try, it was working like a charm! I think Eric will be so proud of me when he sees what I did!
I also took Jordan to his eye appointment on Friday. The pediatrician referred us because I mentioned he hadn't been focusing as much as Landon. Well, of course after I got the appointment, he started focusing more and interacting, but I kept the appointment anyway. So, it was not a surprise to learn that Jordan is perfectly normal and there are no issues with his eyes :) It was a fun adventure to just have Jordan (Grandma Peggy watched Landon for me). It was the first time the boys were separate, and I think Jordan enjoyed the extra cuddle time in the waiting room (although I was reading Us Weekly for the first time in 3 months, so I was only giving him about 75% of my attention). Landon did great with Grandma, as usual... I think I might have to retract his nickname fussypants if he keeps it up!
We also got to enjoy watching Uncle Adam play in his church softball league. It was the championship game, and even though Hilltown lost, we were so proud of our Uncle and loved seeing him after the game!
Landon has been cooing lately, and it's my favorite thing he's done so far! During his 'old' fussy times, he's replaced it now with smiling and cooing. I didn't think I could love them more than I did a week ago, but seriously it just keeps getting better! I'm so excited for Eric to come home and see his amazing boys! Along with cleaning most of the house, I also gave the boys a bath tonight (not an easy task for 1 person.. but it's getting easier with each try :) Here you can see, Landon was happy and cooing, and Jordan wasn't too excited after his bath :)
