We thought it would be a great idea to go to Peace Valley Park on Sunday afternoon to cook out and enjoy the lake. Well, the boys were more of a challenge than I thought because it was just a little too warm out. We brought the pack 'n play hoping they would nap, and while it lasted for a little while, it didn't last long :) Just as the men decided to take the kayaks across the lake, the boys decided they were hungry and it was time to head home. So, the pregnant girl and mother of twins ended up packing everything up and carrying it all to the cars :) I'm still amazed how much 'stuff' is required to go anywhere, and working on just bringing the true 'essentials'!

We enjoyed our new bocce set all weekend with Adam and Lindsay. Logistically to play bocce when you have twins, it's best to either bring the monitor outside, or just strap the babies on your chest :) I won when Jordan was playing with me, so I guess it's best to bring them along!
